To place an order  Simply select the product you wish to order using the ‘add the basket’ button located underneath the picture of the products in our products sections. Enter the quantity of each product you wish to order then click the ‘make payment’ button in the shopping basket.

How to pay Swank accepts all manger credit and debit cards.  To pay using your credit or debit cards simply select this option by pressing the ‘pay by credit/debit’ button. You will be forwarded to our credit/debit card payment service provided by PayPal, please follow their on screen instructions. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. Once payment has been accepted you will reach our confirmation page acknowledging your order.

Stock Availability In the event of stock shortages or delay with your order we will inform you immediately by email. When items are not in stock, a refund will be issued right away via your paypal account, and noted on your delivery invoice.

Your right to cancel  If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at enquires@swankboutique.co.uk quoting your order reference no, the date the order was placed, your name and postcode. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

DELIVERY We process and despatch most orders within 2 working days, however some orders with despoke items may take up to 5 working days. (Please remeber to add on delivery times).

UK DELIVERY All UK orders are sent by royal mail with the postage options of:
Royal mail first class recorded delivery (1 day) £2.99 
Royal mail first class delivery (1-2 days) £1.99
Royal mail second class delivery (2-3 day) £1.20

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY All UK orders are sent by royal mail with the postage options of:
Royal mail first class recorded delivery (1 day) £3.99 
Royal mail first class delivery (1-2 days) £2.99
Royal mail second class delivery (2-3 day) £2.20

First class royal mail recorded delivery requires a signature; therefore please chose an address where you know someone will be able to receive it (this can be your place of work). If you are unavailable to accept delivery, a 'while you were out' card should be left at the address and the parcel taken back to your local depot, if after one week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its redelivery, this will be chargeable.

RETURNS POLICY If you receive a faulty product, an incorrect product, or your product is damaged in transit you have a total of 28 days from date of invoice to return it to us and we will happily exchange it or give you a full refund. We will also refund the cost of return postage for your goods. Goods must be returned unused and accompanied with proof of purchase. If you are eligible for a refund please alow 7 days after returning your item to receive the refund via your customer paypal.

Conformity of goods  We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
