STOCK AVAILABILITY
In the event of stock shortages or delay with your order we will inform you immediately by email. When items are not in stock, a refund will be issued right away via your paypal account, and detail this on your delivery invoice.

Your right to cancel if you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at enquires@swankboutique.co.uk quoting your order reference no, the date the order was placed, your name and postcode. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.


RETURNS POLICY
If you receive a faulty product, an incorrect product, or your product is damaged in transit you have a total of 28 days from date of invoice to return it to us and we will happily exchange it or give you a full refund. We will also refund the cost of return postage for your goods. Goods must be returned unused and accompanied with proof of purchase. If you are eligible for a refund please allow 7 days after returning your item to receive the refund via your customer paypal.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (vat) at the current rate.
